"This deal is a significant step towards building a more peaceful, secure, and prosperous Middle East," US President Donald Trump said. The breakthrough deal will include "full normalization of relations" and is a "historic diplomatic breakthrough."
Trump said "we are already discussing this with other nations..So you will probably see others of these."
It comes almost a quarter century after momentous deals in the 1990s between Israel and the Palestinians and Israel and Jordan. Trump said that he was discussing other peace deals as well.
