UAE Ambassador to the US Otaiba speaks to Israel's INSS

Israel's Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) hosted an interview with the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to the US, Yousef Al-Otaiba on November 11. Channel 12 anchor Yonit Levy and Maj. Gen. (ret.) Amos Yadlin, INSS Executive Director, also participated

"In the interview, the Ambassador and INSS Executive Director discussed the historic peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, the F-35 deal, and the regional and international implications of the 'Abraham Accords'," the INSS noted. See the whole interview.

Otaiba has been a key to the peace agreement, writing in an Israeli newspaper in June.

In the November discussion he made several important points. “The reason we believe we’re going to have a warm peace is that we have a young population and are not attached to history,” he said. “They spend most of their time thinking about their future, and they see opportunities with Israel. They see excitement; they see enthusiasm.” Read more here. Want to learn more? Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GulfIsrael
