India's ties to the Middle East may be increased due to the peace deal between Israel and the UAE. An article by Suman Sharma at European Security and Defense made this argument in a recent paper. India's relationship with the region will be bolstered by the new re-allignment. Sharma has praised people-to-people relations between India and Israel in the past. It is one of several articles asserting that India has opportunities in the recent deal and looking at the deal in a larger context.
